Nourishing Protein Muffins with Heart & Soil Grass-Fed Whey

If you’re looking for a quick, nutrient-dense snack that’s both mom- and kid-approved, these protein muffins are the answer. They’re naturally sweetened with banana and applesauce, boosted with clean protein from Heart & Soil Grass-Fed Whey (code:FLOURISHINGMOTHERHOOD), and come together in just one bowl.

These muffins are perfect for breakfast on the go, a post-workout bite, or an afternoon snack that actually keeps you full. I love knowing they’re made with simple, wholesome ingredients—plus they’re adaptable depending on the flour and nut butter you prefer.
